Bamco built a compliance intelligence platform that analyses recorded sales calls end to end: transcripts scored against compliance rules, risk and clawback flagged, phrase detection, Slack alerts carrying customer and agent context, an in-app AI assistant agents can question about any sale, and structured resolution workflows with a QA review layer.
On a phone sales floor, compliance risk is generated on every call, and traditional QA only ever hears a sample. A national health insurance comparison business needed coverage: to know what was actually said across the whole floor, catch disclosure and process failures the same day they happened, and manage clawback exposure before it landed months later.
The platform analyses recorded sales calls end to end. Each call is transcribed and then scored against a library of compliance rules. It flags risk and clawback exposure, and runs phrase detection to check whether required disclosures were made and prohibited language was avoided.
When something needs attention, the platform sends a Slack alert carrying the full context: which agent, which customer, which sale, and what triggered the flag, so a compliance officer can act without hunting. An in-app AI assistant lets that officer question any sale directly and get a grounded answer, turning an investigation from an afternoon of listening back into a conversation. Flagged items move through structured resolution workflows to closure, with a QA review layer sitting over the top of the whole system.
